Warranty information

A&V Waterjet Tech Inc. will provide one-year parts warranty excluding wear parts. Most of time an issue can be resolved by email, phone conversation or remote TeamViewer support. In case our engineer is needed to be on site, the labor cost is free and the traveling cost will be on buyer’s account.

Delivery Information

Check with us for the stock availability when the order is placed.  You will be responsible for freight from our facility in Germantown, Wisconsin unless otherwise noted.

Installation &Training

We offer free training to all your operators at our facility.  Onsite installation and training cost is variety that depend the machine you purchase.
